No, I am not talking about the Yankee's and A-Rod's bad hip...
I am talking about the Ragner Relay in New York that goes from Woodstock, NY to the city!
I can't wait; I have been needing something that will force me into running again...and to help me break in my new running shoes and iPod shuffle!
Spring training indeed.
